Heated Power Flow/Vinyasa

Our most popular class. Explore a variety of postures in unique sequences to build strength, flexibility and balance. Vinyasa classes are designed to help you get out of your head and into your body and breath. Be prepared to sweat and challenge yourself as you flow between effort and ease. Intensity level and personal style varies by each unique teacher and modifications are always welcome. Offered both indoor & outdoor.

Hot Dynamic Vinyasa

Hot Dynamic Vinyasa is a mindful, playful, creative, and challenging yoga practice. This class will offer familiar yoga poses and sequences will be repeated. More freestyle and strengthening exercises will be incorporated. We’ll practice staying open minded in this class so that we are able to practice openness in our daily lives.

Room Temperature: Heated to 100-105°F.  This is one of our sweatiest class! (only on Monday evenings)

 

Strength & HIIT

This high intensity interval training class is designed with all levels in mind. All movements can be modified based on your ability. Class starts off with a 10 minute warm up, followed by a fun, upbeat full body bootcamp or circuit training style workout that incorporates body weight exercises, free weights and resistance bands (or not). The last 10 minutes of class is devoted to stretching, mindfulness and meditation.

Yin Yoga

Yin invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while targeting the body's connective tissues. This is a slow, meditative class with long passive holds to nourish joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Great for beginner or advanced students looking to restore or improve flexibility while enjoying mindful relaxation. Yin can be tailored to each unique practitioner with the use of props and modifications and is the perfect complement to your Vinyasa or more vigorous practices.

Hot 26

This class draws on the standard 26 Bikram postures, however since this class is only one hour it will differ slightly from the standard Bikram class which is 90 minutes. You will be guided through a set series that emphasizes standing and balancing poses. This class is great for those looking to improve balance, posture, alignment, and flexibility. A challenging class that is shoulder and wrist-friendly, and encourages focus.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is a slower paced class that combines gentle movement and breath to cultivate mindfulness, strength and flexibility. This is the perfect class for beginners or experienced yogis interested in a more relaxing practice. Expect to leave feeling centered and calm. This class takes place inside the studio.

Room Temperature: Lightly Heated to 75° (or non-heated, depending on outside temp)

 

Restorative

Restorative yoga is designed to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal and restore. The postures are held for longer periods of time with the help of props leaving you feeling completely supported and relaxed. This practice also utilizes breath work, healing touch and essential oils. You will leave the practice feeling peaceful within body, mind and spirit. All levels and abilities welcome.
